The Lord will smite you in his own way, Edward. Also most of the stories in the Bible, especially Genesis are retellings of folk tales and explanations for the natural world. Moreover, Jesus of Nazareth happened and it is a matter of personal belief if you feel that he is the son of God. Those who don't believe are condemned to hell, so it all sorts itself out in the end.  |

Apart from the creation story, there isn't a whole lot about the natural world. It is basically a book about morals, law, god worship, and a nation's believed history. Everything written about Jesus was after the fact so his existence is just as much a matter of personal belief as his son of God status. Also there is no proof that Nazareth existed before 300 C.E. No maps from before that time show it. I believe them because they made PICS.  |
