I ultimately decided to give the bomb to Memphis because he hadn't voted and therefore couldn't play for HoH. It was a perfect opportunity to make sure that whoever was HoH this week wasn't someone with an easy reason to nominate me.
Going into the HoH I felt really confident. Myself and Rachel were in two chats at once. One was with the "Fierce Four" alliance that was formed of myself, Sharon, Britney and Rachel. Sharon and Britney thought I already had an alliance with them, so they just told me about adding Rachel, and I played it off like I didn't know Rachel that well but if they think she's trustworthy I'll go with it. The truth is I value Rachel way more than either of them. The other chat was myself, Rachel and Natalie, which was basically the real one and the other one was me and Rachel telling them want they wanted to hear.
But HoH didn't go as planned. Justin won which is a huge wildcard. Personally I'm suspicious of an all male alliance which is HORRIBLE because the girls are splitting into two opposing groups. I really wanted a guy out this week because I feel they are a strong 5 and will pick us off if we don't win HoHs. And the problem is many of the girls would target eachother before going after the men. I did feel safe with Justin as HoH but it basically means someone who wouldn't have nominated me is going home.
When I talked to Justin he made it clear the target was Sharon and that either Angie or Rachel would be the pawn. I tried to subtly push for Angie because I can't risk losing Rachel this early. I don't really think my words had much of an effect on him, but lucky he decided on Angie anyway.
Since then Sharon has contacted me about the PoV being huge. That puts my in a difficult position. I want to win PoV so there's no chance of me, Rachel or Natalie being a replacement. But if I win it, Sharon will expect me to use it on her, which I won't.
